Agreement to Terms

  • By Accessing Or Using The Website And Services Of Final Destination Hauling LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," Or "Our"), Located At PO BOX 191, Joppa, MD 21085, You (The "Customer") Agree To Be Bound By These Terms & Conditions.

Services Provided

  • We Provide Auto Hauling, Junk Removal, Light Demolition, Dumpster Rental, And Related Services. All Services Are Subject To Availability And Confirmation. We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service(s) At Our Own Discretion.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Services Are Scheduled Based On Availability And Confirmed Via Phone, Email, Or Our Online Booking System. For Private/Residential Customers, We do require a deposit at the time of reservation, Which can also be found in our online booking system. That deposit will become nonrefundable within 48 hours of a scheduled service for Auto Hauling Customers, And Within 24 Hours Of A Scheduled Service For Junk Removal Customers. Commercial/B2B clients are not required to pay an upfront deposit, but are also subject to the same cancellation Policy.
  • All Cancellations Are Subject To A “Dry Run Fee,” when the cancellation isn’t the direct result of circumstances uncontrolled by the customer.
  • We May Reschedule Services Due To Severe Weather Conditions, Site Access Limitations, Or Equipment Delays.

Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing For Auto Transport Is Determined By Distance, Weight, Labor, & Equipment Usage.
  • Pricing For Junk Removal Is Determined By Volume, Disposal Fees, Labor, Equipment Usage, And Project Complexity.
  • Final Cost May Vary From Initial Estimates If On-Site Conditions Or Scope Of Work Changes.
  • 25% Deposit Due At The Time Of Reservation, And The Remaining 75% Payment Is Due Immediately Upon Job Completion Unless Otherwise Arranged In Writing. WE DO NOT UNLOAD VEHICLES OR HAUL AWAY DEBRIS WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Secure Payment Link Via Square Inc., Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Or Approved Digital Platforms (E.g., Cashapp, Zelle).

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure Clear And Safe Access To The Service Location.
  • Disclose Any Site Hazards Or Access Limitations In Advance.
  • Secure Or Remove Valuables Prior To Service.
  • Report ALL damages Incurred Before Our Arrival.
  • We Are Not Responsible For Damage Caused By Preexisting Conditions Or Undisclosed Hazards.

Prohibited Items

  • We Do Not Collect Or Transport The Following:
  • AUTO HAULING:
  • Totaled And/Or Severely Damaged Vehicles
  • Vehicles That Are Stolen Or Up For Repossession
  • Vehicles That Have Not Been Emptied Of Its Contents
  • JUNK HAULING:
  • Hazardous Waste Or Toxic Substances
  • Paint, Chemicals, Solvents, Batteries, Biological Waste
  • Tires, Dirt, Concrete, Tile, Shingles
  • Any Material Restricted By Local, State, Or Federal Regulations

Property Damage Waiver

  • While We Take Every Precaution, Final Destination Hauling LLC Is Not Liable For Damage To Driveways, Curbs, Lawns, Underground Systems, Or Other Property Due To Heavy Equipment Or Debris Unless Caused By Gross Negligence.

Photos & Marketing

  • We May Take Before/After Photos Of Job Sites For Documentation And Marketing Purposes. No Identifying Personal Information Will Be Shared Without Your Written Consent.

Reviews & Feedback

  • By Submitting Reviews Or Feedback, You Grant Us Permission To Use Your Statements In Marketing Materials, Including Our Website, Social Media, And Print Publications.

Intellectual Property

  • All Website Content Including Logos, Text, Images, And Graphics Are The Property Of Final Destination Hauling LLC And May Not Be Reproduced Without Written Permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • All Services Are Provided “As Is” Without Any Express Or Implied Warranties, Including But Not Limited To Warranties Of Merchantability Or Fitness For A Particular Purpose.

Limitation of Liability
