Transport Pricing
Private Party/Individual Transports
1. We require a 25% deposit to reserve a pickup/delivery slot that becomes nonrefundable within 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup on the reservation.
2. We require another 25% payment at pickup and upon signing the BOL, bringing the total paid balance up to 50%.
3. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival to the delivery destination when BOL is signed for customer’s final approval.
Note: We strongly encourage direct Credit/Debit Card payments, or Peer to Peer payment methods for added security of funds, and automatic paper trails. We will accept cash only when necessary.
Commercial Transports
1. Business clients not under contract are allotted net 15 days, including the day of service, to pay 100% of the balance invoiced/billed to them. A deposit prior to, during, or immediately after service is not required.
2. Business clients that are under contract are allotted net 30 days, including the day of the service, to pay 100% of the balance invoiced/billed to them. A deposit prior to, during, or immediately after service is not required.
3. Businesses are still subject to a dry-run fee if a pickup cannot be successfully completed due to an error on their part. They are responsible for confirming and ensuring that a vehicle is present and ready for pickup on schedule.
4. Business Transports refer to transporting for only reputable companies that specialize in automobile handling, and not just any entity. Those business types include but aren’t limited to; Auto Dealerships, Auto Auctions, Rental Car Companies, Leasing Fleets, Online Car Retailers, Salvage Yards, Recycling Centers, and Automotive Manufacturers/Distributors.
Note: We strongly encourage direct ACH Transfer, Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit Card payments, or reputable secure online payment platforms. We will accept cash only when necessary.
Our auto transport services are configured based upon the distance (short/long), vehicle type (sedan/suv/truck), vehicle condition (running/non-running), and seasonal demand (slow/peak). Our goal is maintaining affordable pricing for our customers that is also sustainable in meeting the company’s needs.
Standard Rates:

- + $0.15 Per Vehicle Class Upgrade
- Standard Haul = 75 to 300 Miles
- Slow Season = September - May
Price Adjustments:
Key:
- Long Haul = > 300 Miles
- Peak Season = June - August
Other Fees:
- Dry run fee for businesses = $100 (0-50miles), $150 (51-150miles), & $200 (151-250miles).
- Dry run fee for individuals is $1.25 per mile.
